Our Core Beliefs

God
WE BELIEVE…in one God who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God who came to this earth as Savior of the world. (Matt. 28:19; 2 Cor. 13:14; John 3:16)

The Bible
WE BELIEVE…the entire Bible is inspired by God, without error and the authority on which we base our faith, conduct and doctrine. (2 Tim. 3:16-17; Revelation 22:18-19)

Jesus
WE BELIEVE…Jesus died on the cross and shed His blood for our sins. We believe that salvation is found by placing our faith in what Jesus did for us on the cross and it is only through Jesus Christ that we can have eternal life. We believe Jesus rose from the dead and is coming again. (Eph. 2:8-9; Acts 16:31; Mark 16:1-8; Rev. 19:11-21)

Baptism
WE BELIEVE…water baptism by immersion is a symbol of the cleansing power of the blood of Christ and a testimony to our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Peter 3:21; Romans 6:4; Matt. 28:18-20)

Spiritual Growth
WE BELIEVE…as a follower of Christ, you have a personal responsibility to be in a growing relationship with Jesus by obeying God's Word, yielding to the Holy Spirit and by being conformed to the image of Christ. (Romans 12:1-2; 1 John 2:6; Eph. 5:1-2)

Hope
WE BELIEVE…as children of God, we are over-comers and more than conquerors and God intends for each of us to experience the abundant life He has in store for us. (Romans 8:17; John 10:10; John 16:33)

Our Goal is to follow Christ as closely as imperfect people can.

Love
Our Goal is to love the people that we come into contact with because Christ first loved us.

Serve
Our Goal is to show our love through serving the community around us.

Grow
Our Goal is to see growing people change and to equip them to follow, love and serve.
